This role involves maintaining HR information systems, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, and providing support to management in developing communication and training strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant and increasing HR experience. Strong skills in payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of employment laws are essential, while proficiency in the Japanese language and SHRM-CP certification would be advantageous.
