Job description
**Job Title: Human Resources Generalist**
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, managing benefits programs, and fostering positive employee relations, in addition to assisting with recruitment and onboarding initiatives. This role involves maintaining HR information systems, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, and providing support to management in developing communication and training strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant and increasing HR experience. Strong skills in payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of employment laws are essential, while proficiency in the Japanese language and SHRM-CP certification would be advantageous.
