Job description
Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position entails analyzing business processes, identifying system requirements, and leading the implementation of technological improvements that enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and assist in the design and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users to facilitate effective utilization of business systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
