**Job Title: Reservations Agent**
The Reservations Agent is tasked with managing incoming calls and optimizing sales opportunities related to room, dining, and show reservations. This role involves accurately documenting information and delivering a level of service that embodies the luxurious standards of the Wynn/Encore brand. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and possess at least one year of experience in a fast-paced call center environment. A strong proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute are essential, alongside exceptional English communication skills.
