**Job Title: Recruitment Manager**
The Recruitment Manager plays a vital role in fostering and sustaining connections with church leadership to enhance recruitment efforts for the Angel Tree program. This position entails representing the organization at various events, overseeing lead pipelines, and monitoring recruitment metrics through CRM software. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in church engagement, sales, or recruitment. A strong command of CRM systems and the willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated Texas region are essential for this role.
