Job description
**Job Title: RN Clinician**
The RN Clinician provides autonomous, safe, and effective nursing care, demonstrating flexibility to meet the evolving needs of patients through the AACN Synergy Model. This role includes serving as a valuable resource for the interdisciplinary team, engaging in quality enhancement projects, and helping to onboard new staff members. Applicants must possess a current Registered Nursing license in Georgia, along with either a BSN and at least 12 months of experience or an ADN with two years of relevant experience. BLS certification is mandatory, and ACLS certification may be needed after hiring.
