This role entails ensuring the quality of analyses, mentoring less experienced analysts, and streamlining reporting processes to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in health data analysis. Mastery of analytical tools like SAS or SQL, combined with robust project management and communication abilities, is essential.
