**Caregiver**
The caregiver plays a vital role in aiding residents with their everyday activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility, all while upholding their safety and dignity. Responsibilities include recording resident conditions, adhering to care plans, and offering assistance during meals and recreational activities. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid first aid certification. Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous, and the ability to lift more than 40 pounds is essential.
