**Donor Family Specialist**

The Donor Family Specialist plays a vital role in delivering extensive aftercare assistance to families of donors through various means, including written communication, memorial services, and community engagement. Responsibilities also include the management of donor family databases, volunteer coordination, and fostering connections between donor families and organ transplant recipients. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in social services, counseling, or a similar domain. Proficiency in organizational skills, effective communication, and Microsoft Office is essential for handling confidential information and supporting program initiatives.
