**Resident Care Associate**
The Resident Care Associate delivers essential non-certified services, encompassing tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and assistance with meal services for residents. In addition to these duties, the Associate offers companionship and support as they engage in a training program aimed at becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Prospective candidates are required to possess a High School Diploma or GED/HSE. Prior experience is not necessary, as this position is tailored for individuals looking to gain training and certification in the field.
