Job Summary
The caregiver plays a crucial role in providing support to clients in their daily activities. This position involves assisting with personal care, preparing meals, administering medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of clients in both home and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various daily living activities including personal hygiene and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients adhere to medication schedules.
- Implement individualized behavior support programs and monitor progress.
- Keep accurate records of client data and activities.
- Provide support for clients during community outings and day program activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Possession of a valid North Carolina Driver’s License is essential.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
