Job description
The role includes delivering therapeutic support and case management to kinship families by conducting home visits to promote the safety and welfare of children. This position involves leading group sessions, organizing community events, and ensuring precise record-keeping in compliance with established program guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a similar field is required, along with a minimum of two years of applicable experience. Applicants must hold a valid New York State driver’s license and have a personal vehicle available for travel throughout Monroe and Wayne Counties.
