Job description
**Job Title: CCS & CSS Administrator**
The CCS & CSS Administrator leads and oversees community case management initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and grant standards. This position is responsible for managing team performance, overseeing billing eligibility processes, and coordinating community programs across multiple agency sites. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and a valid Wisconsin license, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. A minimum of two years of experience in case management and at least one year in a supervisory role is essential, as well as familiarity with mental health and substance abuse regulations.
