Job Summary
The Certified Hospital Technician plays a crucial role in supporting licensed nursing staff by delivering direct patient care and various support services within the healthcare setting. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients while also assisting with operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed nursing personnel in providing patient care.
- Perform clerical duties to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the medical center.
- Transport patients throughout the facility as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) license.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification is required.
- Basic familiarity with computer systems to aid the interprofessional healthcare team.
