They are responsible for coordinating care, processing prescription refills, and educating patients to ensure a smooth clinical workflow. Applicants are required to have a recognized certification, including CCMA, CMA, or RMA, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
