The CNA will provide one-on-one, relationship-based care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and emotional support. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, preparing meals, and documenting care according to EMR standards. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, an active CNA certification in Georgia, and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to perform duties in a non-facility setting.
