Job description
The Certified Peer Support Specialist leverages personal experience to offer emotional assistance, facilitate therapeutic engagements, and promote the recovery journey of clients. This role also involves participating in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere for individuals receiving outpatient care. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or its equivalent and must possess a Certified Peer Support Specialist certification. Furthermore, CPR and de-escalation training certifications are necessary qualifications for this position.
