Job description
The Residential Program Manager is tasked with managing the daily functions of several residences, fostering a safe and inviting atmosphere for individuals with autism. This role includes supervising staff, overseeing budgetary concerns, and executing personalized behavioral and support strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, proficiency in computer applications, and the capability to navigate high-pressure situations effectively.
