**Job Title: Certified Recovery Support Specialist**
The Certified Recovery Support Specialist is responsible for offering case management centered on recovery, along with community support and advocacy for individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges. This role involves engaging clients through outreach efforts, performing needs assessments, and facilitating access to resources that aid in achieving wellness and recovery objectives. Applicants should either possess or be in the process of obtaining a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential, along with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and personal experience with recovery from mental health or substance use issues are essential.
