Job description
The Credit Representative’s duties include reaching out to overdue customers to facilitate payment collection and handling account documentation. This position also entails supporting operations on the sales floor, managing transaction processes, and conducting credit assessments. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of six months’ experience in collections or administrative roles. A valid State Driver’s License is essential for executing field tasks, which involve home visits and merchandise recoveries.
