The Insurance Agent plays a vital role in boosting sales by attracting new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires the agent to offer knowledgeable advice on various insurance products and maintain precise records of all transactions. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. While a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is advantageous, the company is willing to assist candidates in achieving this certification.
