The Senior Counsel will be responsible for independently managing court appearances, depositions, and trials, while crafting persuasive themes for their cases. This role also involves mentoring junior attorneys and building robust relationships with clients. Applicants should have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution and hold an active license to practice in Florida. A minimum of 8 years of substantial litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense, is essential.
