Job description
The Chief Advancement Officer will spearhead the full advancement strategy of the organization, encompassing major gifts, annual contributions, and corporate partnerships. This individual will play a vital role on the executive leadership team, focused on fostering sustainable philanthropic growth and enhancing community involvement. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in fundraising, showcasing a successful history in major gifts and institutional philanthropy. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, with a preference for candidates who hold advanced degrees or pertinent professional qualifications.
