Job description
**Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**
The CEO will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to implement a strategic vision while spearheading a trauma-informed and results-oriented approach to community services. This individual will oversee financial management, enhance staff development, and build robust partnerships with public entities, philanthropic organizations, and community stakeholders. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience and should possess a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership within a diverse environment. A thorough knowledge of the underserved populations in San Francisco and prior experience in nonprofit management are crucial for this role.
