This role involves guiding teaching staff, enhancing educational programming, and building positive connections with families. Applicants should have a minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a relevant discipline, along with at least two years of leadership experience in a childcare environment. A solid grasp of health, safety, and licensing regulations is essential, as is the ability to successfully complete background checks.
