**Job Title: Assistant Director**
The Assistant Director collaborates closely with the Center Director to manage daily operations, uphold exceptional care standards, and guarantee compliance with safety and licensing regulations. This role involves guiding teaching staff, enhancing educational programming, and building positive connections with families. Applicants should have a minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a relevant discipline, along with at least two years of leadership experience in a childcare environment. A solid grasp of health, safety, and licensing regulations is essential, as is the ability to successfully complete background checks.
