The Area Director plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions, staffing, and adherence to state licensing regulations at various childcare locations. This position also acts as the main point of contact between the organization and school administration, ensuring high standards of program quality and meeting enrollment goals. Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, site administration, or a similar discipline, ideally holding a bachelor’s degree. Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills are essential for effective staff management and fostering school collaborations.
