Job description
**Job Title: Site Director**
The Site Director will oversee the daily functioning of the program, ensuring all operations align with state regulations while effectively implementing the Healthy Kids curriculum. This role includes managing the staff, keeping track of attendance, and encouraging open communication with families. Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree or an equivalent credential, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience in child care and at least one year in a leadership position. Additionally, applicants must have medical clearance and be able to perform physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
