**Job Title: HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist will oversee the complete onboarding process while acting as the main contact for employee relations and addressing workplace issues. This position also requires ensuring compliance across multiple states, upholding the accuracy of HR system data, and offering policy advice to both leadership and staff members. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a multi-site or service-focused setting. Candidates must be skilled in HRIS systems and have a solid understanding of both federal and state employment regulations.
