Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate and partake in activities related to Talent Acquisition.
- Support various payroll-related functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Facilitate comprehensive human resource management tasks across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources roles, specifically as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of talent management and acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and human resource systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
