This role entails accurately documenting outcomes and following up on the status of claims, managing denials, and tracking payment schedules. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or insurance. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, as well as a designated home office setup featuring a dependable computer and high-speed internet connection.
