Job description
Sales associates play a crucial role in identifying customer needs to suggest suitable financial products and services, all while ensuring top-notch customer service. They are tasked with managing a variety of store transactions, which includes handling cash and lending activities, while upholding strict standards of compliance and confidentiality. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Having two or more years of experience in retail is advantageous for this position.
