This position involves steering strategic initiatives, examining financial and carrier data to pinpoint risks, and managing cross-functional service teams to provide cohesive insurance solutions. Ideal candidates should possess 5–7 years of relevant industry experience and a valid Property & Casualty license. A bachelor’s degree in Business or Risk Management, along with professional credentials such as CIC or CPCU, is highly desirable.
