**Job Title: Nursing Assistant**
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering safe patient care as assigned by licensed nursing personnel and ensuring the maintenance of equipment and supplies in accordance with unit protocols. This role involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to assist patients experiencing both acute and chronic medical issues. Candidates must have successfully completed a nursing assistant training program, clinical practicum, or have relevant equivalent experience, as well as hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and critical thinking are essential attributes for applicants.
