**Dining Director**
The Dining Director is responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage services, which encompasses menu creation, food preparation, and inventory control. This role includes supervising the staff, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines, and upholding health and safety regulations. Applicants should possess two to three years of relevant experience and hold a current Certified Dietary Manager Certificate. Experience in the senior living sector is advantageous, in addition to possessing robust leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently.
