Job Summary
The position focuses on configuring, testing, and providing support for cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. The role involves working closely with project teams to devise, execute, and enhance business systems and their processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure cloud-based ERP applications.
- Conduct testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the systems.
- Offer ongoing support for the ERP applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to create effective business systems and workflows.
- Optimize existing processes to improve overall project outcomes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate’s degree or a technical degree is required.
- At least three years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or a similar software solution.
- Exceptional analytical skills are essential.
- Capability to facilitate training sessions for users.
- Strong skills in system documentation are necessary.
