Job Summary
The Finance & Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the organization’s financial activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while driving financial strategy and performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, audit preparation, and oversight of ledger functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing trends and variances.
- Perform financial analysis to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and effective performance.
- Ensure timely financial reporting to stakeholders and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial tools, with advanced Excel skills.
