**Job Title: Commercial Landscape Maintenance Sales Specialist**
We are seeking an individual to spearhead the growth of our commercial landscape maintenance division by actively identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, beginning with outreach and proposal crafting, through to negotiating and finalizing contracts, and liaising with operations to ensure successful service initiation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the landscape maintenance sector. Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals are essential, alongside expertise in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
