The Commercial Lender plays a key role in expanding and maintaining lucrative client relationships by engaging in proactive business development and promoting a range of banking products. This position oversees the entire credit process, which encompasses loan structuring, performing credit analyses, and finalizing commercial and real estate loans. Applicants should possess a minimum of seven years of experience in direct lending or credit support, particularly in business relationship management. A bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or a similar discipline is highly desirable, accompanied by formal training in credit or underwriting expertise.
