Job Summary
The Community Manager plays a crucial role in managing the overall operations of the apartment community. This includes leading the team, handling financial reports, and overseeing the budget to ensure smooth functioning. The incumbent will focus on optimizing leasing activities, maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with property owners.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family property management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to motivate a team.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software is essential.
