Job Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of property operations on a daily basis. This includes overseeing financial performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves leading the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and managing vendor relationships to uphold high property standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property including financial performance and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through effective management practices.
- Lead the leasing team to achieve defined occupancy goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors to maintain high standards for the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment property management.
- Strong skills in financial analysis.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications such as CPM are preferred.
