Job Summary
The Companion role is designed for individuals who can provide support and companionship on an as-needed basis, primarily during weekends. This position focuses on enhancing the well-being and comfort of clients by offering attentive care and engagement during specified hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to clients to promote social interaction and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities as required by clients.
- Engage in conversation and light recreational activities to enhance quality of life.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or companionship roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work as needed, specifically on weekends.
