**Construction Manager**
The Construction Manager is responsible for guiding the home construction process from the permitting phase through to project completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints. This role involves overseeing trade contractors, managing the logistics of material deliveries, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and environmental standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of four years of pertinent experience in the construction field. Familiarity with construction software and the capacity to read and understand architectural blueprints are essential for candidates.
