Job description
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in providing patient care by utilizing the nursing framework of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position involves organizing, planning, and leading hospice care services while collaborating with community resources to address the needs of patients and their families. Applicants are required to possess a valid Registered Nurse License from Indiana. Experience in hospice or long-term care is highly desirable.
