Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Respiratory Therapist to provide essential care in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role involves working during the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering crucial support to patients in need of respiratory therapies.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients’ responses to therapies and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
