**Cord Blood Collections Manager**
The Cord Blood Collections Manager is responsible for managing daily operations related to collections, facilitating staff training, and monitoring performance indicators to promote the growth of the program. This role also involves establishing and nurturing essential partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations to enhance donor recruitment efforts. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience within a healthcare or business environment. Proficiency in leadership, organizational, and communication skills is essential, as well as possessing a valid driver’s license.
