The Corporate Accountant plays a crucial role in the financial reporting for two corporate entities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and internal guidelines. This position involves managing account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and overseeing inter-entity billings, while also aiding in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of three years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. A solid grasp of GAAP principles and advanced Excel skills are necessary, and possession of a CPA certification along with experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
