**Job Title:** Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a qualified attorney to represent our firm throughout all aspects of personal injury litigation, particularly in the areas of trucking and transportation. This role involves overseeing cases from their initial stages all the way to trial, encompassing discovery, motion practice, and making appearances in court. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A minimum of 6-10 years of litigation experience is necessary, ideally with a background in transportation or insurance defense.
