**Job Title: Associate General Counsel**
The Associate General Counsel plays a crucial role in delivering extensive legal support while ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and regulations within the organization. Key responsibilities comprise formulating litigation strategies, aiding in mergers and acquisitions, and crafting a range of legal contracts to safeguard the company’s interests. Applicants are required to possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited institution and must be actively licensed to practice law. The position calls for 5-9 years of experience for the Assistant level, or 10+ years for the Senior level, with a particular emphasis on healthcare regulatory issues.
