Job Summary
The role of Associate General Counsel/SR Associate General Counsel entails providing legal guidance and support to the organization across various functions. This position requires an in-depth understanding of legal principles and the ability to navigate complex legal matters within the business environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive legal advice to different departments within the organization.
- Assist in the development and review of contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle disputes and risk management strategies effectively.
- Support corporate governance and corporate compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Several years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
