Intensive Family Coordinator

The Intensive Family Coordinator is responsible for delivering case management and advocacy support, which encompasses conducting family assessments, formulating safety plans, and crafting personalized service plans. This role also entails the recruitment of foster parents, performing home evaluations, and offering round-the-clock crisis assistance to families in need. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, while an associate or bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. A reliable mode of transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the capacity to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, are required for candidates.
