Job Summary
The Critical Facilities Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the continuous operations of data centers, providing leadership to ensure that mechanical, electrical, and control systems function reliably around the clock. This position acts as the key point of contact for clients while also collaborating with vendors and internal teams to uphold system uptime and adherence to operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the 24/7 operations of data centers.
- Ensure the dependable functioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Act as the main liaison for client interactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain operational uptime.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in pivotal roles related to facilities or data center operations.
- Strong technical expertise in electric and mechanical infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or facilities management is preferred.
- Experience in responding to incidents effectively.
- Knowledge of and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
