Job Summary
The role involves leading and overseeing comprehensive CRM projects from the preliminary configuration stages all the way through the implementation and launch phases. The individual will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, producing functional specifications, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of CRM projects, overseeing each phase from setup to go-live.
- Collect and analyze business requirements to ensure project alignment with organizational needs.
- Create detailed functional specifications to guide development efforts.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and development teams to facilitate a smooth project flow.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the implementation of CRM or ERP systems.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, highlighting the ability to lead projects successfully.
- Experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation capabilities.
