**Cruise Reservation Specialist**
The Cruise Reservation Specialist helps customers choose, reserve, and oversee their cruise vacations, offering knowledgeable advice on various destinations and onboard offerings. This role involves handling payment transactions, nurturing client relationships, and promoting supplementary travel services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a sales-driven approach, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for planning travel experiences. Familiarity with booking platforms and CRM applications is essential, and prior experience in travel sales or customer service is highly desirable.
